Jackson Byrne (Tealska) is an Irish, Wicklow based visual artist. His multi-disciplinary practice examines connections between physical and digital existance, and the possibilities of artificial non-human life. His practice merges sculptural installations, moving image, computer games, drawing and painting.

He participated in 2023 Homo Faber Fellowship as a fellow with master artist Sasha Sykes, exhibiting at Cromwell Place

He studied BA Art at Dun Laoghaire Institute Of Art Design + Technology, graduating with a First Class Hons in 2022.

He is interested in the ideas of reality and deception, the ideas of spreading misinformation as an artist and using different mediums to manipulate the reality around him.
